Artwork & Mockup

When sending your file to us via email, follow these straightforward steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

  1. Compose Email, Recipient: In the “To” field, enter our designated email
    address for artwork submissions: sales@openmindpromo.com.au or email it to your project manager if know.
  2. Subject Line: Use a clear and descriptive subject line that indicates your purpose. For example, “Artwork Submission for [Project Name / Business Name / Order Number].”
  3. Attachments: Click on the attachment icon (usually represented by a paperclip) and select the artwork files you want to send. Make sure your files adhere to the specified file formats and size limits.
  4. Message Body: In the body of the email, provide essential details about your artwork. Include any instructions, preferences, or special notes
    that our team should consider.
  5. Contact Information: Ensure your contact information (name, phone number) is included in the email signature or body. This facilitates communication in case of any questions.
  6. Double-Check: Before hitting “Send,” review your email to confirm that you’ve attached the correct files and included all necessary
    information.

All done! Send!

Confirmation: You may receive an automated confirmation email from our system acknowledging receipt of your submission.

Processing: Our team will process your submission and may reach out if
they need any additional information or clarifications.

Artwork Presentation: Once processed, we’ll create mock-ups or proofs as necessary and present them to you for your review and approval.

Approval and Finalisation: Review the mock-ups or proofs, provide any feedback or revisions, and give your final approval.

Follow-Up Communication: We’ll keep you informed about the progress of
your project and any next steps, such as production or delivery.
